a sweet escape in the heart of it all
lovely staff complimentary tea safe neighborhood
the staff were lovely and always ready to help with directions. i loved the complimentary turkish tea offered in the lobby each afternoon , it was a nice touch. the hotel's proximity to the grand bazaar meant i could explore at my own pace. the neighborhood felt safe , even when i returned late in the evening.
the breakfast area was a bit small , it could get crowded during peak hours.

the breakfast included a selection of fresh pastries , cheeses , and olives. the coffee machine was always available , i could make a quick espresso. fresh fruit was offered daily.

the hotel provided free wifi , i found it reliable. the elevator made accessing upper floors easy with luggage. there was a small seating area in the lobby , it was suitable for brief meetings.

I appreciated the hotel's location. Most attractions were within easy walking distance. the room was quite spacious. the included breakfast was generous. the staff at reception were also very supportive.

the hotel features a functional elevator, convenient. there is 24-hour reception service, and this provides reassurance. luggage storage is available for early arrivals and late departures, and this is very convenient.

mixed feelings about the stay
small room difficult access
the location was convenient to the tram station.
the room i booked was quite small, and it was difficult to move around with luggage. accessing the room on the top floor was only possible by stairs since the elevator did not reach that floor. additionally, the shower door was too small.

i found the staff quite helpful with arranging transport to the airport. the rooms were clean when i arrived, and i appreciated the comfortable beds. the hotel's proximity to the tram station and grand bazaar was also a big plus. i also liked that many eateries were around.
Breakfast was very basic. I wished for more options.

the hotel has rooftop (i enjoyed a view from there). the hotel is located near a tram station and the grand bazaar, easily accessible by foot, a real bonus for exploring the area. the airport transport service made arrival and departure smoother.

The hotel location is close to many food places. Sultanahmet is nearby. The front desk staff, Ismail and Sezgin, were friendly. The hotel was clean.
