i found the staff quite helpful with arranging transport to the airport. the rooms were clean when i arrived, and i appreciated the comfortable beds. the hotel's proximity to the tram station and grand bazaar was also a big plus. i also liked that many eateries were around.

the hotel has rooftop (i enjoyed a view from there). the hotel is located near a tram station and the grand bazaar, easily accessible by foot, a real bonus for exploring the area. the airport transport service made arrival and departure smoother.
